Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the xz777 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and xz777.

Each individual may hold only one xz777 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.
All xz777 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

3.2 Each individual may hold only one xz777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. xz777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds held therein, including winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xz777 login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility. xz777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to secure your login details.
3.4 You must notify xz777 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4.1 xz777 is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification when requested, including but not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, driver's license, or Philippine passport.
4.2 Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. xz777 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending verification.
4.3 Any attempt to provide false, altered, or fraudulent identity documentation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 xz777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at xz777's discretion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. xz777 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which xz777 accepts no responsibility.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the corresponding account suspended.
5.4 xz777 is not responsible for delays in the crediting of deposits caused by your payment provider, network outages, or circumstances beyond xz777's reasonable control.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your xz777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
6.2 A completed identity verification (KYC) is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from xz777. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold pending verification.
6.3 xz777 will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the platform at the time of request. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
6.4 xz777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
7.1 xz777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and game eligibility restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
7.2 xz777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, xz777's decision shall be final.
7.3 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploitation of game mechanics in a manner contrary to normal gameplay, and use of automated tools, will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
7.4 Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
8.1 All games offered on xz777 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. xz777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
8.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all slot titles available on xz777. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — xz777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. 12.2 xz777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xz777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 xz777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if xz777 reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
13.2 Upon termination of your account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms by you, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
